Cancellation & Refund Policy
At PrintMyPhotos, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, once a print or processing job is initiated, certain limitations apply to cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel their order anytime before the work or printing process starts.
- To request cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order ID through email or WhatsApp.
- Once the work or printing has started, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
Refund Policy
- If the order is cancelled before work begins, the customer is eligible for a full refund or a coupon for future orders — whichever the customer prefers.
- No refund will be issued if the work or printing has already commenced.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method or via alternative means based on mutual agreement.
Special Cases
- Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by incorrect address, customer unavailability, or courier company delays.
- In case of product defects or wrong deliveries, please report within 48 hours of receiving the order for corrective action.
