Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle changes to orders, reprints and refunds for PrintMyPhotos. Please adjust the details to match your exact studio rules.
1. Made-to-order products
Most of our products (photo prints, frames, wall art, passport/visa photos, etc.) are made-to-order and customised specifically for you. Once printing has started, orders usually cannot be cancelled or refunded simply for a change of mind.
2. Order changes and cancellation
- If you want to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
- If production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellation.
- If production has started, cancellation may not be possible, or charges may apply depending on the stage of work.
3. Damaged or defective items
- Please inspect your order when it arrives.
- If you receive a damaged package, incorrect item, or a clear manufacturing defect, inform us within a reasonable time (for example 24–48 hours) with photos of the issue.
- After verification, we may arrange a free reprint, replacement or partial/ full refund as per our internal process.
4. Colour and minor variations
Slight variations in colour, brightness or cropping compared to your phone or computer screen are normal, because every display is different and prints are physical products. Such minor differences are not treated as defects. However, if there is a major issue with exposure, colour cast or cropping due to our process, we will work with you to resolve it.
5. Eligibility for refund
Refunds are typically considered in cases of:
- Duplicate payments or technical billing errors.
- Orders cancelled before production where a full or partial refund is agreed.
- Verified quality issues or wrong items where a refund is more practical than reprinting.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame (for example 5–10 working days, depending on banking partners).
